What Solviro is

Solviro is a free fitness app. It helps you build a training plan, log what you actually lift, track what you eat, and work out some useful numbers.

It is a tool, not a coach and not a clinician. It records what you tell it and does the arithmetic.

This is not medical advice

Solviro gives you general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, and nobody here is your doctor. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, managing a health condition, or taking medication. If something hurts in a way that feels wrong, stop.

The calculators produce estimates from population averages. They do not know about your medical history, your injuries, your medication or your circumstances. Treat every number as a starting point to adjust from, not an instruction to follow.

You train at your own risk. Lifting weights carries a real risk of injury, and you are responsible for deciding what is sensible for you.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a code we send you. Keep access to that inbox — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

One account per person, and please use a real email address so you can actually get back in.

Using it sensibly

A short list of things not to do:

• Do not try to break, overload or attack the app or the services behind it
• Do not pretend to be somebody else
• Do not use Solviro to harass anyone, in the app or in our Discord
• Do not resell or repackage Solviro as your own product

Credits and cosmetics

Credits are earned by training. They are points in an app: they are not money, they have no cash value, they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for anything outside Solviro, and you do not own them in any legal sense.

Tags, name colours and coach accessories are decoration. They never change how the app trains you, what it recommends, or what your statistics say — that is a deliberate rule and it will not change.

We may add, change, retire or re-price items. Where something is sold as limited-time, we will honour that: if you bought it, it stays yours.

What you put in

Your training log, your diary and anything you write stay yours. We store a copy so it can reach your other devices, but we claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it, share it, or use it to train anything.

If community features arrive later and you choose to post something publicly, we will ask separately at that point.

Advertising

Solviro carries a small ad space to help cover its costs. Any advert there is sold directly by us — no ad network, no tracking, and nothing about you is used to target it.

An advert appearing in Solviro is not a recommendation from us.

No guarantees

Solviro is free and provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be correct, or never lose data. Keep your own record of anything you would be upset to lose.

We may change or stop features. We will try not to do that carelessly.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss of data, or any loss arising from using Solviro or relying on its numbers.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Slovak or EU law, and nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Those cannot be signed away and we are not trying to.

Ending it

You can stop using Solviro whenever you like, and delete everything from Account. We can close an account that is being used to break these terms.

Law, and getting in touch

These terms are governed by Slovak law. If something goes wrong, please email us before doing anything formal — most things are a misunderstanding and easy to fix.
